MyRide: 45 -Exactly what is says! A guided warm up followed by a 30 min ride with an introduction to a variety of challenges such as hills, speed work, intervals and more to keep things interesting for your minds and body. Finish the class with a restful cool down and rejuvenating stretch that leave you feeling ready for the rest of your day. This class is suitable for all levels and newcomers are advised to arrive 15 mins early to allow the instructor to assist you with the bike set up. Warning! These classes will be popular and spaces are limited so arrive early to avoid disappointment. (riders are not permitted to reserve bikes for others). (45 Minutes
