My Ride Classes

MyRide 45/50/60: Exactly what is says! A guided warm up followed by a variety of challenges such as hills, speed work, intervals and more to keep things interesting for your mind and body.

Closure Dates

April 3 - Closed (Good Friday)

July 1 - Closed (Canada Day)

Sept. 7 - Closed (Labor Day)

Sept. 30 - Closed (Truth and Reconciliation Day)

November 11 - Open at Noon (Remembrance Day)

December 24 - Close 4:00pm (Christmas Eve)

December 25 - Closed (Christmas Day)

December 31 - Close 4:00pm (New Year's Eve)

January 1 - Closed (New Year's Day)

For all other holidays we are open, however, please check schedules and notices for any changes to the regular schedule.

You can pre-book either in person, over the phone, or online by visiting www.halifax.ca/myrec. You will need to have an account created. If you need assistance please phone our Front Desk Reception.

Participants must be min 14yrs of age and min 4"11 in height to participate in Cycle Zone classes.
