Designed using the most up to date exercise science based principles, show up for this series and you'll have no choice but to get stronger, fitter, and leaner. All levels welcome. Classes focus on total body workout but target differing muscle groups on different days. Combining cardio and strength movements in 40 minutes so you can get on with your work day.
