Land Classes

Balance Class:Designed for seniors and those with mobility concerns, classes are low-impact and focus on exercises and movements to improve balance.

Band Strenth:This band strength workout class uses resistance bands to build strength and improve mobility, focusing on exercises for the entire body and incorporating functional movements, with modifications available.

Cardio Intervals: Combination of low impact, dance, kickboxing, alternating between cardio and free weights, abs and cool down.

Fire Up Fusion: Integrates light cardio, isometric yoga/Pilates stretches and dynamic isotonic flows, dumbbell weight training, and total core flexibility. The class is most suitable for intermediate to higher levels of fitness.

Forever Young 55+: A fun group fitness class aimed at 55 plus men and women. It will incorporate cardio, strength, balance and flexibility in a safe and supportive social environment.

NEW! Functional Pilates: low-impact exercises with the primary goal of movement longevity. These are movements that ensure the capability of performing daily activities with ease & efficiency. These include movements that improve stability, balance & gait vital for long-term health & fall prevention. Adaptable for different fitness levels.

Strength: Build bone density and muscle while increasing your metabolic fat burning power! Instructors will use slow controlled combo exercises with a variety of equipment to strengthen your entire body.

Step: This popular cardio class involves stepping onto a platform while performing a variety of interesting patterns.

NEW! Step/Strength Intervals: Boost your cardio, build strength, and keep things fun with this energizing step-based interval workout. You’ll alternate between simple step patterns and strength-training segments for a full-body burn that’s easy to follow and adaptable for every fitness level.

Strength HIIT: Cardio and lifting, combo class workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination, and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Zumba®: Program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined.

Zumba® 50/50: A combination of Zumba and Zumba Toning.

Tabata Bootcamp Fast‑paced, high‑energy workout that blends classic bootcamp strength moves with the power of Tabata intervals. You’ll rotate through bursts of intense effort followed by short recovery periods to build strength, boost cardio, and ignite your metabolism. All levels welcome—modifications provided so everyone can work at their own pace and feel strong!


Yoga Classes

Relaxation & Meditation: Escape from the stresses of daily life and guide into the space of deep stillness and inner peace, offering quieting and supportive practice. The classes will start with gentle stretches followed by meditation and relaxation. We will explore different forms of meditation and learn how to bring ease and spaciousness into our busy life. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Hatha Yoga: This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and includes seated, lying and standing poses with an emphasis on breath work, lengthening and relaxation. Beginner and up.

Vinyasa Yoga: This session will offer an opportunity to challenge yourself into an exploration of syncing the breath and movement, exploring our strengths and flexibility, all in one class, that tones the body and disciplines the mind. We will uncover the magic of flow and each class will be a different experience. This class is suitable for more advanced students, but different abilities are welcome.

Yin Yoga: A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where passive poses are held for extended periods, to target deep connective tissues like ligaments, fascia, and joints, rather than muscles.

NEW! Yoga for Balance & Stability: Functional training for the mind & body through breath work (pranayama)& poses (asanas). Slow to moderate flow of movements designed to improve coordination, good posture, enhance body awareness & strengthen the stabilizing muscles done through dynamic & static holds. All levels welcome.

NEW! Yoga for Strength & Mobility: A mindful practice of synchronizing breaths & movements. These are purposeful postures that focus on full-body engagement, building strength & endurance, lean muscles & increasing range of motion through consistency & dedication. All levels are welcome. Props & modifications are offered as needed.

NEW! Yoga Balance Find your centre in a practice dedicated to physical stability and inner strength. By blending standing balances, core- focused sequences, and intentional breath work, this class will build the foundation you need to stay steady. Over time, you will develop resilience to feel rooted and strong, both on your mat and through life’s daily challenges. Suitable for all levels.

NEW! Gentle Flow Yoga Embrace a slower pace in this mindful practice designed to soothe the mind, body and soul. Rooted in the traditions of Hatha Yoga, this class prioritizes stress reduction through intentional breath work and gentle, guided movement. We conclude with an extended relaxation to deeply calm the nervous system, helping you carry the physical comfort and mental ease into your daily life. Suitable for all levels

NEW! Yoga Flow Experience the union of breath and movement in this dynamic practice of Yoga Flow. Weaving together standing, seated and supine postures, this class is designed to build endurance and sculpt muscle tone, while fostering a profound mind-body connection. Every session concludes with restful Savasana (Relaxation) to integrate the practice. Suitable for all levels.
